We believe that proper nutrition, medical advice and sport practising are the 3 pillars for a healthy life style for any Individual especially for athletes.Even for the most gifted athletes, proper nutrition guidance and care are extremely important to maximise their performance and maintain their well-being.So we decided to establish an international sports nutrition association to raise the awareness for sports nutrition and its integration with different medical disciplines and their effect and significance on both public and specialists levels.
